Raiffeisen Bank offers MasterCard and VISA card brands to its customers. These cards can be used in the country and abroad, in Cash Points and the banks for cash withdrawals, while for payment of goods and services in all points of sale (POS) bearing Visa and MasterCard sign.

Visa and MasterCard card brands are the most well-known card brand in the world of financial services. Through these cards, customers can have access to their accounts/money 24 hours per day, 7 days per week not only in the Cash Point network in the country, but everywhere in the world through 1 milion Cash Points.

VISA Electron and Maestro cards are debit cards, which mean that all cash withdrawals or payments performed in Kosovo or worldwide will automatically be charged to the account. In order to use these two Cards, you shall always use your Personal Identification Number (PIN). By opening a current account you will automatically receive a Maestro Card or Visa Electron, depending on your choice.

Customers can pay for goods and other different services through 20 million Points of Sales (POS) in more than 150 countries of the world. Whereas, in addition to this, they can use Visa/MasterCard to buy/pay goods and services through Internet, Mail Order, Telephone Order, do the hotel reservation, rent a car, etc.

Reissuing card

Our bank will replace your card if:

• Your Card is lost/stolen
• Your Card is damaged
• You change your personal data
• Other

In case your Card is lost/stolen, you shall phone us immediately on the following phone number 038/ 222 222 or contact the nearest Raiffeisen Bank branch.
