Direct communication/Online Chat is a service within the Contact Center which is integrated into the bank's website, through which clients are offered an easier access to the general information of the bank, as well as 24/7 communication with the Contact Center.

By giving your name and e-mail address in the required form, you connect to the direct contact and one of the employees in the Contact Center will begin talking to you.

Information which is not disclosed through direct communication/online chat include:

  • Account balance;
  • Information on execution of bank transfers;
  • Confidential information related to clients' accounts/cards;
