Cash management
Raiffeisen Bank in Kosovo has the largest network of branches and ATMs,providing innovative and efficient solutions for the financial needs of customers. The content of our services includes deposits, currency exchange, overnight deposit service, and SMS payment service, providing an excellent banking experience for everyone.
Network of branches and ATMs
Raiffeisen Bank in Kosovo has 36 branches, including 21 cashless branches throughout Kosovo, and provides a range of general banking products and services in all its branches and sub-branches.
All branches and sub-branches are connected online with the central office in Prishtina, and every transaction is carried out in real time.
We have 142 Cash/ATM points, of which 75 are Cash in ATMs, installed in Kosovo. This will give you access to your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Working hours
All main branches work from 8:30 to 16:30, from Monday to Friday.

Current account
There is no limit to the number of accounts and subaccounts that the client can open with our Bank.
Collection account
The euro collection account can be used to collect payments from your customers and cashiers throughout Kosovo. We will be able to record all the details you need for your accounting system for each transaction. Every transaction and every detail will appear in the account statement.
Term deposit account
Interest rates for term deposits are offered on a case-by-case basis and may change to reflect current market conditions.
Account in foreign currency
Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo LLC also provides current accounts and time deposits in US$, GBP, and CHF.
Currency exchange transactions
Raiffeisen Bank quotes the daily exchange rates for the purchase and sale of foreign currencies against the Euro, both in cash and on account, with the same value date. According to the agreement, the Bank also quotes future FX rates. Foreign exchange transactions can be made directly with the traders (dealers) of our Treasury Department or your account manager. No exchange commission is charged (illegible).
Cash handling
For cash withdrawals in euros, two days prior notice is required for withdrawals larger than:
- Main branch in Pristhina €100,000
- Other main branches* € 50,000
- Sub-branches** € 10,000

Overnight deposit service
The overnight deposit service is a product provided by the Bank to all its clients for depositing their money 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The overnight deposit service is a safe and convenient means of making deposits for yourself or your business outside bank hours and is available at the headquarters in Prishtina.
ATM deposits
With 63 deposit ATMs (Cash in ATM) throughout Kosovo, we aim to facilitate the needs of clients for cash deposit transactions up to 9,995 euros within the 24/7 service, and the transaction will be deposited in real time to the client's account and can be used for the client's needs immediately after the transaction.
GLORY Cash-In Machine
With 6 Glory Cash In machines at the HQ in Prishtina, HQ in Prizren, HQ in Ferizaj, HQ in Peje, and HQ in Gjilan, we aim to facilitate the needs of corporate clients for cash deposit transactions with greater volume capacity, fate counting, a 24/7 self service area, and private space. The transaction will be deposited in real time to the client's account and can be used for client needs immediately after the transaction.
Payments by SMS:
Payment via SMS is an alternative channel for payments that aims to facilitate the payment process of customers for certain partners, such as Customs, TAK (Taxation and Social Security).
