SWIFT Messages

Messages sent by SWIFT to a financial institution (RBKO) that have been authorized by the account owner to:

  • Receive the account statement (MT940).
  • Debit his account and credit other accounts at RBKO or other banks (MT101).

Mesazhet SWIFT MT940

This message is sent by SWIFT to a financial institution (concentrating institution) that has been authorized by the account owner to receive it. The statement files are created automatically by the core banking system at the frequency desired by the customer. MT 940 will be generated and sent both when there are transactions on the account and when there are no transactions on the account.

Mesazhet SWIFT MT101

The SWIFT MT 101 message applies when the client orders a banking institution, in this case our Bank, to debit his or her accounts to RBKO and credit the accounts of local and international third parties within RBKO or to another bank.

The SWIFT MT 101 message is sent by another financial institution on behalf of their client, a client of Raiffeisen Bank in Kosovo.

Internal Direct Debit

Direct Internal Debit is an internal development of RBKO dedicated to the collection of payments for invoices agreed in advance by the client and the company.

Since it is an internal product of Raiffeisen, it serves only the company's clients, who are clients of Raiffeisen Bank in Kosovo. First, the agreement (debt mandate) is signed between the company and its client. That agreement reaches the bank, which verifies the signatures and confirms the agreement.

According to the agreement with the company, the company sends an electronic list on a regular basis, noting the accounts and amounts to be debited. On the indicated date, the bank debits the client's account and credits the company's account according to the direct debit amounts.

CBK Direct Debit

Direct debit is a payment method that allows an organization to instruct its bank to collect different amounts, paid at different times directly from the client’s account, for as long as the client has been given advance notice of the amounts and collection dates.

Direct debit is the easiest way for organizations to collect regular or occasional payments from their customers, both businesses and consumers. This saves time, reduces collection costs, and places the settled funds directly into the organization's bank account.

Direct debit payments also allow you to automatically collect payments from your clients who have accounts at other banks.

Standing order

It is an automatic payment service for the transfer of a fixed amount on a fixed date between the client's accounts or from the client's account to different accounts within Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo.

(The dates and amount of the transfer are chosen by the client.)

Collection of money (SWEEP SERVICE)

This product is provided to clients to facilitate and improve their liquidity. The product consists of automatic transfers of predetermined amounts based on a certain period of time from one account to another in the same currency for the same client ID.

KOS-GIRO

KOS-GIRO is another payment method developed by the Central Bank that enables a member organization of KOS-GIRO to issue invoices with a barcode and be processed by the banking system in Kosovo through a certain procedure and process.
