What is the Go Digital Programme?

The Go Digital Programme supports businesses in investments for automation and digital transformation, through financing from Raiffeisen Bank and support from the EBRD and the European Union, and you can finance:

  • Equipment for automated production and processing

    Machinery and systems for transport, cutting, processing, assembly, sorting, packaging, and quality control.

  • Automated agricultural equipment

    Technology and machinery that automate agricultural processes and increase production efficiency.

  • Robotics and smart production systems

    Robots, connected machinery, and flexible systems that improve productivity and the efficiency of the production cycle.

  • Digital and Automated Medical Equipment

    Diagnostic devices, medical robots, automated laboratory systems, and digital solutions for the healthcare sector.

  • Software for Business Automation and Digitalization

    ERP, CRM, process automation, digitalization of operations, energy optimization, analytics, and cross-functional digital solutions.

How to Apply?

Follow these steps to apply for the Go Digital program.

  • Apply

    Contact Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo and submit your financing request together with the required documentation.

  • Evaluation and Approval

    The bank and the program experts evaluate the project, while the financing decision is made by Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo.

  • Implement the Investment

    After approval, implement the investment according to the agreed plan.

  • Receive the Grant

    After the completion and verification of the investment, the grant is transferred to your account.

Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises registered in Kosovo that meet Raiffeisen Bank’s lending criteria and the Go Digital Program criteria may apply.
