Our Head of Retail Products and Digital Transformation, Mr. Florent Lila, spoke to Kosova Press news agency about the bank’s digital journey. He outlined how digitalization is reshaping banking in Kosova, both in how services are delivered and how customers engage with them.

Our Head of IT and Data, Mr. Shkelqim Meqa, and Head of Retail Products and Digital Transformation, Mr. Florent Lila, shared with RTK the opportunities AI and digital innovation are bringing to the banking sector.

We welcomed RTK to our Raiffeisen Gallery at Albi Mall, where we regularly host exhibitions to raise awareness on various topics. During the visit, Flaka Çitaku, Communications Lead, shared the concept behind the Gallery, while Krenare Vitija, Digital Transformation Chapter Lead, spoke about the introduction of the digital signature at the bank, the main focus of this month’s exhibition.

Speaking on RTK’s morning show, Ms. Iliriana Toçi, Member of the Managing Board, emphasized the importance of financial inclusion and explained how our bank supports individuals and businesses in seizing opportunities within the formal financial sector.
