Access to payment account with basic services
Raiffeisen Bank in Kosovo would like to inform its clients that, as of August 1, 2023, they are entitled to use the payment account for basic services.
This package is based on the Kosovo Central Bank’s Regulation on Access to Payment Accounts with Basic Services and provides several basic services at a price of 0.53 euro/month.
Namely, the following services are provided under this package:
- Opening and maintaining of the bank account
- Debit card
- Depositing and withdrawing fund in the branches and ATMs of Raiffeisen Bank
- Debit card payments at POS terminals and online payments through E-commerce platforms in Kosovo
- Transfers to accounts within the bank at the branch, or through the e-banking platform and ATMs of Raiffeisen Bank
It is worth noting that customers are not obliged to purchase any additional Bank services in order to access the payment account with basic services.
In addition, clients who have a payment account have the right to convert their account into a payment account with basic services if they meet the conditions set forth by the Central Bank’s regulation. In cases of conversion, the customer's account number (IBAN) remains the same, and no fee is applied for the conversion of the payment account.
